Mary is passionate about dream interpretation and the insights our dreams provide to reveal our unconscious patterns and limiting beliefs. The language of dreams is symbolic and sometimes mysterious, but the messages are beautifully satisfying.

 

Mary believes childhood trauma and unrecognized subconscious programming hold us back from achieving our full potential and living life to the fullest. Dream analysis is a powerful mechanism to identify and heal those limitations. 

 

Mary is a graduate of the Aisling School of Dream Interpretation. She has a strong intuition supported by a logical mind. She works as a professional engineer in the corporate world and has extensive experience leading workplace teams, training staff and working with young adults as a part-time professor at post-secondary institutions. She is also a Reiki practitioner. 

 

Mary tried out numerous healing modalities over many years, from traditional to unconventional, but it was only when she started having her dreams interpreted using the Aisling method that she felt her challenges were truly seen and, even better, could be resolved through gentle techniques, including awareness and self-care. Her dreams, as for everyone’s dreams, are tailor-made to reflect her own unique combination of emotions, perceptions, experiences and beliefs. Mary trained to become a certified dream interpreter after seeing firsthand the power of having her own dreams interpreted. Today, she continues to examine her own dreams as they offer the opportunity for continuous improvement and ever deeper self-awareness and compassion. 

 

Mary’s approach to dream interpretation is collaborative and personalized for her clients. Her method includes an initial analysis, identification of potential questions for the dreamer, and a one-on-one conversation to fill in the gaps from the initial analysis. Mary brings her intuition, coaching experience and compassionate nature to ensure the messages of the dream are interpreted in a manner that resonates with the dreamer. Also, she offers some practical actions her clients can take in response to the information in their dreams. 

 

As a part of The Awakening Café team, Mary looks forward to being part of a growing community of individuals with shared goals for deeper self-awareness, exploration of consciousness, and experiencing beauty in its myriad forms.
